About Ruža Blagojević and Marijana Blagojević lawyers

Lawyer Ruža Blagojević has been practicing law for over 20 years. She graduated from the Faculty of Law the University of Banja Luka in 1975, and she passed the bar exam in Sarajevo in 1979. She has been registered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Republic of Srpska Bar Association since 1993.

Before her career as a lawyer, she had a successful career as a judge of the Basic Court of Banja Luka and president of the Court for Minor Offences of Čelinac.

She also has extensive experience in operations in the area of commercial law since she used to work for many years as an LL.B. at the company GIK Kozara IGM Čelinac in the beginning of her legal career. She passed the notary exam in Banja Luka in 2006.

Lawyer Ruža Blagojević holds a certificate of the acquisition of specific knowledge in the field of juvenile delinquency and legal protection of children.

Lawyer Marijana Blagojević finished the Grammar School in Banja Luka, after which she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 2007. She passed the bar exam in 2009. She worked first as a legal trainee and later as an expert associate at the law firm of lawyer Ruža Blagojević, where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in advocacy and legal advising in many areas of law. In addition to her experience in advocacy, Marijana was employed as an LL.B in the group for enforcement actions at UniCredit Bank a.d. Banja Luka. She was registered in the Directory of Lawyers of the Republic of Srpska Bar Association in 2012.

Lawyer Marijana Blagojević holds a certificate of the acquisition of specific knowledge in the field of juvenile delinquency and legal protection of children.

She is mostly engaged for labour disputes, cases of protection the rights of workers, family disputes (divorce, child support, division of marital property), cases of material and non-material damages, litigation and enforcement proceedings.
